Front desk friendly and respectful. Rooms are clean, no issues. Good mom and pop place for the budget. Also, very quiet and peaceful. Recommended.
It was quiet and quaint. The owners work to make your stay nice. The rooms are older and the towels thin, but the bed was soft, it was clean, and the AC worked.
Loved this hotel! Rooms are not fancy but they're in good shape and very clean. Hot water and AC all worked very well. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was perfectly safe and tranquil. Honestly, we couldn't believe how nice it was for three price!
I was attending an event in goliad and this was a good place to lay my head. It's not the Ritz but it's quiet and clean. Even has bites for breakfast.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was greeted with a smile and made me feel welcome. Great customer service. When I was leaving they thanked me for choosing their hotel and to come back again. I told them that I enjoyed my stay and that I would be back. A good night stay for a reasonable price .
I know some few people complain, but I do not understand, in general, why. This is an older motel style hotel. The room was scrupulously clean. For an old place, that takes a LOT of effort and commitment. Some fixtures in the bathroom were ancient and need replacing, but it was plain to see that improvements were made over time. Complaints about towels or other details are plainly ridiculous. You get WAY more than what you pay for. It’s a clean, inexpensive place to stay. You want modern luxuries, then be willing to pay for them. This is a family working very hard to provide clean and affordable rooms. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
Had to find an warm, inexpensive place to spend the night last minute. Used online services to reserve for 2 nights. Check in was quick—filled out a short form, got the key. Room was relatively clean. Definitely tidy. Not bad for price. Can’t really complain. It was also close to stores and the state park.
